Anni Matsick’s watercolor painting of ceramist Brian Giniewski was accepted in the prestigious 53rd Pennsylvania Art of the State – in  the beautiful State Museum gallery.

New dates for this year’s Art of the State are September 13  through January 3. The opening reception is set for Sunday, September 13 (pending health guidelines) at the State Museum in Harrisburg.

There will also be an online gallery of all entries.

DORIS ETTLINGER recently finished these stunning watercolor illustrations for for The Legend of Sea Glass by Trinka Hakes Noble. (Sleeping Bear Press) To be released February 2016.

A children’s picture book illustrated by Anni Matsick has been awarded a GOLD MOM'S CHOICE AWARD. Dinosaurs Living in My Hair, written in rhyming verse by Jayne Rose-Vallee. The book was released in May by Rosevallee Creations.

She was the recipient of two prestigious awards from the Society of Illustrators!

Society of Illustrators 52 WEST - Children's Market Catagory
- Silver Award for a detailed, panoramic view of the Cedarburg Cultural Center

Graef was in Los Angeles to receive her awards, during the opening of the show March 8, 2014.
